Ordered three 42" fireplace tables. They sent me three 30" tables. Sent them an email 4 days ago and called them eight times since then. After waiting on hold for exactly 15 minutes on all 8 calls, there system automatically disconnects. Extremely frustrating!
This company offers no customer service. You can not get through on the phone at all. Shipping took forever and came in 4 packages on several different days. Product ordered July 28,2020, finally received all boxes 8/12/20. However, I was told that I must stay home and wait on it because the package would require a signature. Since I ordered the item, the price has dropped $120. Most companies will honor the price decrease and refund you the money, especially since I just received it. They would not do a price match at all. I will not be making any further purchases from this company. They are terrible to deal with. I do not recommend ordering from them.

This is a scam company. They over sea. SCAMMERS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME STILL WAITING FOR 5 month. They never got my order. But my credit card show they took the money. contact Facebook they using their platform to steal money
They let u order then 72hrs later the customer asks when delivery will be and they say the order is cancelled as not in stock! So they happily took my money to make that bit more intrest in the bank and not inform the customer its out of stock until the customer questions them!
I ordered two OutSunny pool loungers specifically because this lounger opens completely flat. You are able to lie on your stomach and back higher off the ground.
This purchase was a gift and this chair fit all the specifics, such as sturdy, made of metal good for the outdoors, lightweight, the fabric is canvas material with no springy cords. This was the perfect lounger with a great price.
They arrived in less than a week after I placed the order in good condition. I was excited to see them in person and I have to say they were exactly as described truly a nice lounger. Unfortunately, we had to contact the company because one of the two loungers’s had a defect. There are three holes with metal push buttons for adjustments when extending the complete prone position. These button adjustments are located on both sides. The holes are off so the button does not catch on both sides evenly.
I am pleased to say they have a proactive customer service. I emailed them with my concerns and offered to send a picture and the following day customer service replied with an apology and offered to send out a replacement immediately followed by a tracking number to show it had or will be shipping shortly.
Do I trust this company? Yes! Would I purchase from them and again and recommend them absolutely! Good company, good customer service, prompt delivery, wonderful prices. Also it is really important how many websites do not describe their products properly. I really appreciate how clear and detailed this company is when describing their products.
We purchased a cantilever parasol and purchased one of the bases recommended. It unfortunately was not suitable. Unfortunately we have not managed to speak with anyone neither have they responded in person. Sadly using automated replies that do not make any sense. We have been asked to provide pictures and the items purchased. One would assume they would know the items purchased. Why would we take a picture of an item that is not damaged? Having explained the base is not compatible. The lack of customer service standards in responding have been poor to put it mildly. Very disappointed!
Delivery was Much quicker than I ever expected, only a few days.
I did not set my patio furniture up right away. I received an email asking how it came together and if I had any issues before I ever started putting it together. I was impressed by that.
I did have an issue with set up and my email was responded to within 24 hours. Unfortunately, my parts are not available at this time to be replaced, so they are refunding a good portion of my payment.
I am happy with the level of respect shown to me during this experience. Even though I am left to find or fix the parts that are not working correctly, I am content with the way my case was resolved.

I ordered a freestanding cabinet. It came on time but with no hardware or instructions. I contacted them, they said it could take up to 10 business days to get me the hardware. It's been more than that and I still don't have it. I am so frustrated. Won't be ordering from them again!

The chair has no cushion to it, as the picture shows. It is very shakey after all put together and tighten. It's not as wide as the pictures make it ou to be. Just a tough chair that sits lower on the back with no lumbar support. Vibration is exactly that, not a massage, just a bunch of shaking. Heat works but not good at all. I would not repurchase this. I have attached pictures to show what this chair looks like compared to another one that is a lot more comfortable. Huge disappointment. I wish I could return it because of how much I spent.

Avoid this company! There customer service is absolutely awful. I ordered 2 items. Received one okay (even though it's awful quality) but I havent received the other.
They do not reply to messages, emails and do not pick up the phone.
I've had to put a PayPal claim in but they have added the tracking for item that has been delivered.
Not impressed!
I bought a garden shed 277x191x192cm. Poor quality and terrible product, think before buying! Do not be fooled by the appearance, the sheet is of very poor quality. I do not recommend!
Dishonest and unhelpful. I bought a chair from them that on a picture looks like a luxury purchase. I took it over a month to arrive, but I get it - no one was ready for brexit, not even the government of the UK. So I waited, then when it arrived and I put it together... I was shocked how uncomfortable it was. The massager was digging into my body, the seat was too long, back support too short and unergonomic, armrests so far apart you can't really work and rest your arms. I tried to adjust the height of the back support to make it slightly more comfortable, but then the whole chair was super wobbly and the moment I put some pressure on armrests - it went right back down.
But ok, bad product is not the end of the world, I usually manage to figure it out with the customer service. In this case I waited 8 days for an answer, which I only received, because I posted a negative review. A review that was not posted at the end and what I found out was that they added about 7 more fake 4/5 reviews to up an already bad rating of this chair.
So I'd say stay away. Buying with big selling platforms is better than those guys, at least they always try to resolve the problem and they do not fiddle with their reviews - that one thing you can use to make up your mind when online shopping. I am seriously appalled by their conduct...
I made 2 orders at the end of November. First they emailed me and said that my order was not shipped because of the high volume of shipping from Cyber Monday sale, which I knew since I track all my orders and my UPS tracking says “shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet”. But they promised to ship it the week coming. Yesterday, 12/10 I check tracking again and it still says “shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet”. So I emailed them again and now they’re saying UPS lost my shipment.
Really? UPS lost 2 shipments? That’s a load of crap.
To make a mistake and correct it is one thing but to make a mistake 2 separate times on 2 shipments and blame someone else is very bad judgment on this company.
